These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Avada Product Feed Shopify app (the "App") provided by Avada ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App syncs your Shopify product catalog to your Google Merchant Center account, manages your product feeds, and reports your Google Shopping product approval status. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
The App connects to Google services on your behalf using Google OAuth. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's terms and policies. We access and use your Google data only as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect or revoke access at any time.
We aim to keep the App available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The App depends on third-party services, including Shopify and Google, which may affect availability.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any product disapprovals or lost sales on Google Shopping.
You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or as required to protect the service and its users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
